Vega H Cream relaxes the muscles and allows more blood to flow into the penis. This helps men with erectile dysfunction to achieve and maintain an erection. The presence of Lignocaine increases this effect. However, just applying Vega H Cream is not enough. For this medication to be effective, sexual stimulation will also have to occur at the same time.

Apply Vega H Cream approximately one hour before planned sexual intercourse, by gently rubbing a thin layer onto the head and shaft of the penis. Do not apply this cream more than once a day and wash your hands after each application. Vega H Cream is for external use only.

Common side effects of Vega H Cream may include:

• Dizziness
• Headache
• Visual disturbances, such as blurred vision
• Blue tinge to vision
• Flushing
• Nasal congestion
• Indigestion, upset stomach, diarrhea

• Bone cancer
• Blockage of blood flow out of the heart
• Leukemia
• Physical abnormality of the penis (e.g. Peyronie's disease)
• A history of painful or prolonged erections (Priapism)
• Eye problems (e.g. retina diseases)
• Strokes
• Very low or very high blood pressure
• Active stomach ulcers

If you have any of these conditions, you may not be able to use Vega H Cream or you may need a dosage adjustment.

To avoid getting dizzy when rising from a lying or seating position, get up slowly.

This medication should not be used by women or children. Elderly people may be more sensitive to the side effects of this medication, therefore caution is advised when people of this age group use Vega H Cream.

Do not use Vega H Cream in combination with other medication against erectile dysfunction, such as Viagra (Sildenafil Citrate), Levitra (Vardenafil) and Cialis (Tadalafil).
